IOLs

Lifestyle Lenses

With today’s technology becoming more and more advanced by the day, a cataract diagnosis is no longer as problematic or scary as it used to be. Recent advancements in cataract treatment technology have opened up several new options, and you now have more choices than ever before in terms of finding the right vision correction procedure to suit your particular lifestyle.

In addition to making the cataract surgery process quicker, easier and more comfortable, these surgical advancements, in combination with the latest lifestyle lenses and the proven skill of our dedicated surgical staff, ensure that we can provide you with better vision tham you’ve had in years!

Your Options

Best Full Range Vision

This option is for those who are motivated to eliminate or reduce eyeglasses for all activities and are genuinely inspired by personalized surgery. For this procedure, our surgeons utilize laser technology to help correct astigmatism along with a Lifestyle Intraocular Lens Implant (IOL) with Bifocal or Multifocal abilities. After your procedure, you will have little or no dependence on glasses for near, intermediate or distance vision.

Best Quality Vision

This option is customized for those who are motivated to achieve their best vision correction following cataract surgery. With the use of our laser technology, we can correct astigmatism along with an Intraocular Lens Implant (IOL) with single distance ability providing you with optimum distance vision. You will need reading glasses following your procedure.

Enhanced Vision

This option includes specialized testing to verify the correct power of the IOL implanted during surgery. You may need glasses for near and intermediate vision, and possibly distance vision.

Basic Cataract Surgery

This option does not involve specialized testing or the use of laser technology. Most patients will need glasses for near, intermediate and possibly distance vision.

Insurance and Affordability

Most insurance covers basic cataract surgery with a standard monofocal lens. Many patients are excited that they now have more options than ever before to enjoy freedom from glasses and contacts with Lifestyle Lenses. While insurance typically does not cover Lifestyle Lenses, over time the cost of this advanced technology may prove to be the most affordable choice when comparing the cost of buying glasses or contacts for the rest of your life. It is important to consider all your options when you make this once in a lifetime decision.
