Had my 2023 yearly appointment at Eye Care Specialists and it was easy to use the automated system to register as a patient. Waited only about 5 minutes before the first technician saw me and did the first set of tests. The second technician was the same. Both technicians were very professional and personable. When Dr. Hedaya did his exam, he asked some questions, and listened to all my concerns. He explained the options avaliable for one concern and his recommendation. He provided suggestions for continued good vision health. He Thanked me for my patronage and scheduled the next appointment. Every visit, i am treated as a valued patient by all the staff, and Thanked for my patronage.

I did not like having to check myself in at the kiosk but other than that the staff and Dr. Evans were great.
