I can honestly say that I have never had a single bad experience in this place, and I have been going for all of my own and my daughters appointments for years. That being said, the reason I am writing today is because of Valerie in scheduling! She went above and beyond to help me with a tricky deadline. She was incredibly kind, compassionate and fun to speak with as she found a solution to my worries. She also explained in detail what the process would look like to get in due to the pandemic in a manner that made it seem way less intimidating than it otherwise could have been. The fact that this woman loves her job shines through in her dedication. Give that woman a raise!

Everyone was very helpful during this pandemic. I got a very quick response and call about ordering my fiancs contacts. The team is amazing and we appreciate all their hard work during these difficult times!!
