I had very little wait time, got right in at my appointment time. Dr Farrell took the time to listen and even helped find a cheaper medicine solution through my pharmacy.She is very personable and made my experience a great one. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. DelRegno is wonderful. Her technician was also very nice.The office itself, is not what it used to be, however as long as they can hold into the excellent Dr 's they have, you could not do better.Update: ECS requested an Authorization from my Insurance company for contact lenses. I never gave them authorization to do so, never indicated I would order anything from that place. I only continue to go there because the Dr.'s are the best. The company is trash. I have now called TWICE to have that unauthorized claim cancelled so I can order my contacts from Dr. Urbanski's office. Again, great Dr.'s but VIP is garbage!
