All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. No long wait in waiting area..was seen by Dr. at scheduled time..which is amazing for such a large facility. Appointment was with Dr. Josefowicz, who I would highly recommend.

Dr Tara Farrell is professional and kind. I am always relaxed and well taken care of at the Dallas office. The staff is courteous and respectful, and I am in and out in a short amount of time!

It's a little intimidating to go in and you're faced with what's like a mall for eye care. I think the do everything there from glasses to surgery. What I don't like is the appointment system of having to call a center in Maryland. They're unfamiliar with the doctors and the locations. The experience was more personal at Walmart. I didn't wait long at all for my tests. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful with my questions. I have no complaints with the care I received.
