This is going to be a review of the service I received from Stephanie Stevenson at the Eye Care Specialists in Nanticoke, PA.Let me first start start off by saying I NEVER do reviews of anything online, but my experience with Stephanie definitely deserves a review.I was always a patient at the Kingston location until we had a bad experience in 2019. We ended up calling the nanticoke location because Dr. Coffay (my eye doctor) was in the nanticoke office that day. I was greeted on the phone by a woman named Stephanie and since I was having no luck with the Kingston office she consulted Dr. coffay and helped solve our issues. It was so nice to have someone help and go above and beyond like she did.Flash forward to 2021, amid a pandemic, I (being somebody who hardly left the house for anything) uncomfortably decided to keep my eye doctor appointment in nanticoke, and was taken care of by a woman who was taking every precaution under the sun, sanitizing everything, making me feel very comfortable and safe. As she was being so helpful and nice trying to help me find glasses that suited me, we were talking and I thought I recognized her voice because once again, here was someone that actually took the time and went above and beyond to help me find that perfect pair of glasses, come to find out it was Stephanie!Too bad all businesses couldnt clone that woman, it would definitely make your experience going to any business in general a more pleasant and helpful one, even amid these trying times.I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done and I look forward to going back and doing more business with Stephanie. She is definitely one of a kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Josefowicz for many years. He has recently joined the team at EyeCare, and I am thrilled to be able to see him once again. He is the ultimate professional and the care I have receieved from him over the years is top notch. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye care specialist!

Very professional service both from the doctor and assistants. They are knowledgeable in all the procedures they do. I feel well taken care of. Very friendly atmosphere. Great facials by Krista.
