Ive been in a study here for a while and staff has been great. Lady that sees me first and checks my vision is very pleasant. Young man that gets me ready for a injection in my eye is so kind and does a great job. I never feel the needle. Every body is very professional here.

Great Place, LUIS in the front Desk was very helpful and joyful. Other Patients were happy with the service. Very Efficient Eye exams. Overall they work as a team. GREAT JOB !!! I'll be returning.

I was directed to Eye Care Specialists by my employer due to a work injury. I was in a lot of pain and the staff fit me in the day I called and was very kind and friendly. Dr. Tara Farrell was gentle, very competent and immediately made my eye feel better. My eye healed just as she said it would and I would recommend her and this office for any eye care need.

I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. ROBERT LLOYD TO ANY ONE DESIRING TOP QUALITY EYE CARE.. HE IS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL TRAINED AND HAS A GREAT BED SIDE MANOR WITH HIS PATIENTS. HIS MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE IS SECOND TO NONE. IN THE PAST I WAS ASSISTANT MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF A PRIMARY CARE RESIDENCY PROGRAM WITH THE ROCHESTER MEDICAL GROUP, ON THE RGH CAMPUS, ROCHESTER, NY . I WOULD HAVE ENJOYED HAVING HIM IN THE PROGRAM AT THAT TIME AS ONE OF MY RESIDENTS IN TRAINING.
