Annual eye exam with Dr. Diane Del Regno. The office was busier than I ever it saw before, but the Practice recently merged with another Practice, so I got that.. I waited about a half-hour, but since it was crazy busy, I really didn't mind. It seemed very well-organized and as usual, staff was friendly and professional."Dr. D." is lovely, very easy to speak with and always very thorough and helpful.Heidi handled the preliminary steps well, also.Afterward, I spent some time with April in the Optical Department and she was wonderful: caring, pleasant and informative.GREAT job, everyone; Thank You!
