For years, Dr. Grohol has been excellent for my entire family. He always brings a cheerful presence when he enters the room and of course, articulates the condition of my eyes precisely. His staff is also terrific. Caesar helped prep me for Dr. Grohol and was nice to talk with. Coleen helped me understand my insurance and pick out a sharp pair of frames - a sweet person she was. The other few employees I interacted with were also very nice (at 7:30 am, kudos to them). I look forward to next years check up and wish everyone well.
The entire staff makes you feel at home. Once they meet you, they know you. Dr. Coffee is very understanding and listens to what you have to say, especially about how your vision is going. He recommends exactly what is right for you. My forever eye care place.
Dr. Hedaya and his staff were professional, courteous, and made me fee at ease knowing that they will do all they can to restore sight in my eye. The experience as horrific as it is has been made less scary by their calm, professional way. Thanks.
