While the place was full of people, I was seen quickly and efficiently by staff. Barely any wait time at all. Comfortable seating & great direction by staff from beginning to end. Everyone was kind & helpful.

The office was well organized and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The wait times for testing and to be seen by Dr were short. Dr. Ross was very nice. He was professional but on a personable level. I felt like a patient being treated by a physician not a person being seen by a business man. I highly recommend Eye Care Specialist located in Kingston, PA.
